Ordering shoes from Dan's has never been easier!
Need to exchange your shoes for a different size, color or brand all together? No problem, we now offer Free Return Shipping on all REGULAR priced shoes.
Here are the details:
Valid to customers located within the continental U.S. only. No exceptions.
Valid on all REGULAR priced shoes. Sorry, SALE shoes are not eligible for Free Return Shipping.
Shoes must be NEW , UN-USED and in the ORIGINAL BOX .
Shoes may be returned 30 Days from the date of original purchase.
For every REGULAR priced pair of shoes that you buy, you will receive a return shipping bag in case you need to exchange them.
1) Fill out the Return/Exchange form located on the back of your invoice.
2) Place your Return/Exchange form and shoes in the shipping bag, which will be included with every pair of shoes you order at REGULAR price.
3) Seal the shipping bag and give it to your local U.S. Postal Carrier or to the nearest U.S. Post Office.
4) We'll cover the shipping back to us and get your exchange sent out.
It's that simple!
Please keep in mind the following:
If you send us a pair of shoes that are used or are not in the original box, they will be returned to you and you will be charged for the shipping both ways.
Customer accepts all shipping fees and/or additional charges if they fail to follow the above instructions or use the Return Label for anything other than what is listed above.
